Where are you located?
** Until further notice all sessions are remote, using a secure, HIPAA compliant telemedicine platform.
Do you take insurance?
YES. I currently accept Premera, Lifewise, Blue Cross and First Choice (some Kaiser PPO plans utilize the First Choice network -on your card it will say FCHN). If you are covered by another insurance carrier, I will supply you with a receipt of payment for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I cannot guarantee reimbursement, however, insurance companies will reimburse for my services at the out-of-network provider rate if you have out-of-network coverage. Clients are responsible for contacting their insurance to verify coverage and to confirm with them that telehealth therapy is a covered service.
What is your billing policy?
I will bill your insurance, as long as I am in-network with them, if you would like. Any co-pay or co-insurance that you are responsible for is due at time of service. For private pay clients and clients utilizing their out-of-network benefit full payment is due at the time of service. For Telehealth sessions payment is to be made using Zelle.
